David McQueen is a sculptor/installation artist living and working in Brooklyn, New York. He is a 2011 NYFA Fellow in sculpture, received a MFA in sculpture from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA from Oberlin College. His work has been shown at Socrates Sculpture Park, Wayfarers, Plane Space Gallery, The Delaware Center for Contemporary Art, The Bronx Museum of Art, and the DUMBO Arts Center. He is represented by Kim Foster Gallery in New York. (

He is a founding member of Wayfarers and continues to serve on their board of Directors.(

He also serves on the executive team of Advancement for Rural Kids, an organization committed to providing opportunities in the rural communities of the Philippines through feeding programs, arts initiatives, and economic investment. (
