Back up

Back up is a management coverage program that allows you to take the time you need without sacrificing services or burning out yourself or your team. All of our managers are consummate service professionals and true team players. We will focus on helping your teams deliver exceptional service experiences while upholding the standards of your brand.

How it works:

  • We learn your management SOPs

  • We are available up to 5 services a month to assume the “manager role” in your restaurant!

What does it cost?

  • an annual retainer of $250 covers an initial meeting to set expectations and document your systems

  • shift coverage is billed as you schedule coverage

    • 6-8 hour shifts are $350

    • 8-10 hour shifts are $450

*While every member of our Back Up team holds their NYC Food handlers card, we ask them not to lead food inspections. Please make sure you have a designated BOH lead to cover an inspection if the need arises.
